2. General

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website and when you contact us. We will inform you separately about the processing of personal data in connection with our advisory services.

3. Visiting the website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you access it, technically necessary data is processed, for example your IP address, the date and time, the page visited as well as your browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably, for example to protect it against attacks, and is not used to identify individual visitors.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server, not from third parties.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide (for example your name, contact details and request) in order to respond to your enquiry. We manage our emails with Microsoft 365.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy provisions of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) also apply. Please do not send us sensitive financial or health data via WhatsApp.

6. Booking appointments via Microsoft Bookings

For online appointment bookings, we use Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft. When you click “Show available slots”, you are taken to Microsoft’s booking page; no Microsoft content is loaded on our website itself. The information you enter when booking (for example your name, email address, phone number, preferred time and message) is used to organise and hold the appointment and is stored in our Microsoft 365 account. Microsoft’s privacy provisions also apply.

7. Links to other websites and services

This website contains links to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google Maps and our partners. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click on one of these links. The respective provider is responsible for its own data processing.

8. Disclosure abroad

Some of our service providers (Cloudflare, Microsoft, Meta) may process personal data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. We only disclose personal data to countries with an adequate level of data protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

9. Retention

We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

10. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Transmission on this website is encrypted (HTTPS).

11. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing and to request that it be handed over or transferred.
